Now I kind of did this backwards from the way I normally do. Usually when I’m designing my layouts I pick my photos first and decide how I think those photos would be best laid out. Then I’ll choose my papers and elements from that point. My templates are something I will go back and “pull out” from my final layout so I can share them with you. This time though, I knew that I wanted almost the same layout that I used for Parker’s hospital photo but with the addition of the scalloped edged paper. So I created my template first and didn’t take into consideration the exact photo I would be using. Well, it ended up not being a good fit for the picture I wanted so I had to turn it and adjust things a bit. But that is the beauty of digital! It was such a quick fix and then everything worked perfectly. So the template ended up being a combination of both the kiddos layouts. I hope you enjoy it and please remember that it is for personal use only and don’t forget to add your own drop shadows!
